Chris Paschen has a degree in Music Composition and has many years experience leading instrumental, vocal, and theater programs. He has served in different educational leadership roles (including public, private and home-school), has held church music leadership roles and has been a home-school dad for almost 20 years.

Some of the specific leadership experiences include:

• Assistant to director off large Twin Cities public school band program (North High School, North St. Paul)
• Director of extra-curricular instrumental programs for that high school (pep band, marching band, etc.)
• Director of public school district-wide marching band program (District 622 - North St. Paul, Maplewood, Oakdale)
• Director of private school band program
• Director of twin cities home-school marching program
• Director of home-school band ensembles (part of other home school band program) - including percussion ensembles and brass ensembles
• Technical director for public school theater program
• Director / Coordinator of church-based theater programs - from very small to large churches/productions
• Director of children/youth vocal programs - from basic introduction/training ensembles to large productions
